Such great memories! I’d met Willie and the Taylor brothers about a year before this recording. Willie was a total hell raiser back then! I worked with Willie and Rick Taylor, on and off, until Willie’s death (and beyond, with Rick) Now, I’m a “retired” promoter, living in BC’s Okanagan valley - I’m still pick’n, though! Peace

Hey Tom, I don't like to bitch but tickets at Hamilton Place, Dec.10, 2022 are like near 300.00. each! My partner and I didn't pay that to see the great, Leonard Cohen a few years back- what gives. Do you know how many of your fans are on "fixed" incomes? What a drag. I DO realize it isn't up to you but these promoters seem to be able to arbitrarity "price" seats- the seat isn't even that good...Happy Holidays to You and the Band and Loved Ones. Namaste-

I can verify that the whole Tilllt story about the 'play on words' is simply not true. Someone posted it years ago on Wikipedia but it's false history. I never 'fronted the group' I was never a 'New York City studio musician.' I went directly from Ronnie Hawkins' to Janis' Kozmic Blues then Full Tilt Boogie Don't believe everything you read on Wikipedia. Nice video of Ken. Great to hear him play again. What a great pianist he is.
